Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. We ship from multiple fulfillment centers and will send a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're actively working on. Sign up for our email list to be notified when it becomes available.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, email us at support@resttheory.store immediately after placing your order. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

Is free shipping automatic?

Yes. Orders over $75 automatically qualify for free standard shipping — no code needed.

Are your products clinically proven?

The product categories we carry — light blocking, sound masking, temperature regulation, and cervical support — are backed by sleep research. We've written a full breakdown on The Science page. Individual product specifications come from manufacturer testing. We don't make clinical claims beyond what the research supports.

What sleep mask should I start with?

If you want a simple, effective blackout mask: the Mulberry Silk Sleep Mask is our most versatile option and our top seller. If you want audio built in (white noise, guided meditation, sleep playlists), go with the Bluetooth Sleep Mask. Both provide full blackout coverage.

Is the LED Light Therapy Mask safe for daily use?

Yes, for most users. Red light and near-infrared therapy at the wavelengths used in our LED mask are well-tolerated and widely used in clinical and at-home settings. We recommend starting with 10-minute sessions and building up. Do not use if you are on photosensitizing medications or have a history of light-sensitive conditions. When in doubt, consult your doctor.

What's the difference between the two neck pillows?

The Acupressure Neck Pillow uses a structured foam design with pressure points specifically for cervical traction and decompression — best for people with active neck pain or tension. The Ergonomic Foam Neck Pillow is a traditional cervical support pillow optimized for maintaining alignment during sleep — best for preventive use or if you regularly wake up with stiffness.

What size is the Flannel Blanket?

The blanket is available in two sizes: 150x200cm (approximately Twin) and 180x200cm (approximately Full/Queen). Size options are available on the product page.

Returns & Guarantee

How does the 30-night guarantee work?

If you're not sleeping better after 30 nights of consistent use, email us at support@resttheory.store with your order number. We'll refund you in full, no return required. Full details are on the 30-Night Guarantee page.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Email us at support@resttheory.store with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.

Can I return consumable products (mouth tape)?

Opened packages of Sleep Strips (mouth tape) cannot be returned. Unopened packages can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If you received a defective batch, we'll replace it.
