How to Return
Email us at support@resttheory.store with your order number and a brief description of your experience. That's it. We'll confirm within 24 hours and process your refund within 3–5 business days of your email.
You don't need to ship the product back. We trust that if you're asking for a refund, you tried it and it didn't work for you. That's enough.
What's Not Covered
- Consumable products — Sleep Strips (Mouth Tape) are single-use and cannot be returned once opened. If you received a damaged or defective batch, we'll replace it free of charge.
- Products purchased through third-party retailers (Amazon, other platforms) — contact that retailer directly for their return policy.
- Damage caused by misuse or modification of the product.
Why We Do This
Sleep is personal. What works in a controlled study doesn't always work in your bedroom, with your schedule, next to your partner. We can't know in advance which products will work best for you — and we don't think you should bear the financial risk of finding out.
